Service RODANIA International Guarantee (warranty) RODANIA guarantees this product to be free of all manufacturer's defects for a period of one year. State-of-the-art manufacturing methods have been used to design, verify and test this product, and only technology and materials of the highest standard have been used. RODANIA distributors and retailers will repair any manufacturer's defects free of charge during the guarantee period. This guarantee does not cover requests for damages, replacement or reimbursement. What is not guaranteed: Damage caused by mishandling, such as damage to the crystal, winder and crown, accidents and normal wear. Batteries and watch bands are not covered by this guarantee. 2 Year Limited North American Warranty Your RODANIA (Quartz) watch is warranted to the original owner for a period of two years from the date of purchase to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. This warranty excludes the battery, wear to the case and bracelet or strap and does not cover water damage, unless case back is marked water resistant. Any breakage of the crystal or crown is not covered by this warranty and will void the protection against water resistance. (See technical information) RODANIA's obligation and options under this warranty are solely to repair or replacement during the warranty period with the same style or a style of comparable value if returned prepaid to the RODANIA service center in North America listed in this booklet along with $ 7.50 for postage, handling and insurance. For service outside North America, the terms of the standard international warranty will apply. RODANIA is not liable for incidental or consequential damages for failure or malfunction of the product and any recovery may not be greater than the purchase price paid for the watch. Warranty Claims In order to benefit from the International or extended North American warranty, you will be required to present with the repair-claim your RODANIA guarantee booklet duly completed with the date of sale, model number and stamped by an authorized RODANIA dealer.
